Refund and Returns Policy

We offer returns and refunds only in case of incorrect or damaged products.

1. Eligibility for Return

A return will be accepted only if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

2. Return Process

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video or images). Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Minor scratches or issues not affecting functionality
  • Improper handling by the customer
